REFLECTIVE PRACTICE
Reflective Practice is the key to my learning and teaching practice in and out of the classroom. Reflecting on my teaching experiences through the four lens and targeted questions in relation to the students, colleagues and my own perspective. The online program Padlet has also been one of the key reflective tools used through my teaching experience, this allows for visual reflection at the weekly stages of schemes for second and fifth year students. All of these have helped me understand and develop my understanding of my practice on a deeper level. Going through this process of reflection thought me too see the gaps in lessons and how they can be adjusted for future lessons.
